Run Report – Provision
Provision reports allow you to view and print reports about the provisioning services that are being performed at your installation.
Your security rights determine whether you can run provision reports and which properties you can run the reports on. If you do not have the required security rights, contact your system administrator.
To run Provision reports:

Access the Provision module by clicking the Provision link at the top of the page.

Select the Run Report tab.

In the Select a report field, select the report you want to run.

Specify report criteria.

Click OK to run the report.
The following Provision reports are available:
The Provision Detail by Person report provides detailed information about each provision request, sorted by person.
Report Criteria
To refine your results, specify any of the following criteria. If no criteria are specified, the report will be run for all values.
- Property – Click the Select link to run the report for a particular property.
- Region – Select a value to run the report for a particular region. If a property is selected, the Region drop-down menu is replaced by the Space/Floor drop-down menu.
- Provision ID – Enter a value to run the report for the single provision with the specified provision ID.
- Provision Type – Select one or more provision types to run the report for. To select multiple provision types, either SHIFT-Select multiple contiguous values, or CTRL-Select multiple individual values.
- Requester Last Name – Enter a value to run the report for provisions that were requested by a person whose last name contains the specified characters. This criterion is not case-sensitive but will only return requests that contain the entire word or phrase entered.
- Provision Date – Enter two date values to run the report for all provisions created during the specified date range.
- Report Type – Select a report type: Excel (Microsoft Excel .xls file), HTML (displayed in a browser window) or CSV (comma separated variables).
Report Output
The generated report contains one row for each person involved in each selected provision. The results include:
- Provision Date – the date on which the provision was created
- Provision ID – the unique provision ID that was assigned when the provision was created
- Provision Type – the type of provision (for example, move or new hire)
- First Name – the first name of the user who the provision was created for
- Last Name – the last name of the user who the provision was created for
- Position – the occupation or work position of the provision user
- Company – the name of the company where the provision user works
- Department# – the number of the department where the provision user works
- Department – the name of the department where the provision user works
- Requester – the name of the user who requested the provision, which may or may not be the person who created the provision
The Provision Resource Detail by Person report provides information about the resources associated with a user, provision ID, and provision type. This report can help determine all resources needed for a particular user be set in place.

The Provision Schedule Move Report provides information about each scheduled move. Items are grouped by provision ID to determine all of the people and locations involved in the move.

The generated report contains one row for each user included in the provision. The results include:
- Schedule Date – Enter two date values to run the report for all provisions that are scheduled to occur during the specified date range.
- Provision Number – the unique provision ID that was assigned when the provision was created
- User – the name of the user who the provision was created for
- User ID – the user ID of the person who the provision was created for
- Phone – the phone number of the user who the provision was created for
- From Property – the property that the provision user is moving from
- From Space – the space within the property that the provision user is moving from
- From Cube – the cube within the space and property that the provision user is moving from
- To Property – the property that the provision user is moving to
- To Space – the space within the property that the provision user is moving to
- To Cube – the cube within the space and property that the provision user is moving to
- Designer – the name of the user who is designing/managing the move
- Designer Phone – the phone number of the user who is designing/managing the move
- Comments – any comments entered when the provision was created
